Chelsea Basketball would like to announce a huge congratulations to one of our long time juniors Nathan Frost who has recently signed to Peru State College in America for basketball. The past 2 years Nathan has been back and forth between America and Australia splitting time between his junior college team in the states and the Chelsea senior mens team. He has had a great career so far and we look forward to his continued success!
Nathan was an integral part of the mens championship team in 2018 and also very solid numbers while playing for his college so it was no surprise when he made the announcement that he had received offers to larger schools.
Nathan had this to say:
“If you want to play college ball keep working hard on and off the court, keep focus in the class room and listen to your coaches. Also don’t take anything for granted when you have a ball in your hand, you don’t know when it might be all over! Especially in times like this! Thank you for all the support from the juniors and all the parents!”
Again, congratulations from the entire club and we are all incredibly proud!
